We built this company around a simple belief: land should adapt to people, not the other way around.
Too often, buyers are left guessing. What can I do with this land? What are the rules? Who handles the paperwork? How does this work in my state? We saw how overwhelming that can feel, especially for people who don’t buy property every day.
So we chose a different approach.
Our role isn’t to push a specific outcome, it’s to help you navigate the process and understand what’s possible. That means clearly presenting each property, sharing what we know about access, utilities, and local considerations, and helping guide you through the steps, whether that involves a closing attorney, a title company, or a simple direct closing, depending on the situation.
People come to land with different intentions. Some want to build now. Some want to hold for later. Some want a place to use, enjoy, or pass down. We respect all of it.
This business is built on clarity, patience, and trust, so you can make decisions that align with your plans, at your pace.
Our mission is to help people own land in a way that fits their plans, not someone else’s.
We make land ownership clear and accessible by offering straightforward properties, flexible paths to purchase, and honest guidance along the way. Whether your goal is to build, hold, use recreationally, or simply own something tangible for the future, we focus on helping you understand your options and move forward with confidence.
No pressure. No unnecessary complexity. Just a clear process and support where it matters.
I was born and raised in Statesboro, Georgia, and I’ve spent most of my life around land and the people connected to it. At Oak n Acre I handle the on-the-ground side of the business. evaluating property, solving problems, and making sure each deal actually works for everyone involved.
I believe a handshake should still mean something. I value straightforward conversations, clear agreements, and doing what you said you would do. Our goal is to make selling land simple and dependable, without pressure or confusion.
Outside of work I enjoy boxing, calisthenics, reading, watching anime and spending time outdoors. I respect hard work and genuine people, and I try to run this business in a way that reflects both.
I was born and raised in Guerrero, Mexico, and now help operate Oak n Acre from Georgia. I naturally pay attention to details and communication, so I focus on making sure every seller/buyer understands what’s happening at each step. Many of the people we work with have never sold or boughten land before, and I want them to feel comfortable asking questions and never rushed into a decision.
I believe honesty and patience go a long way. My goal is when someone finishes working with us, they feel relieved and confident they were treated fairly.
Outside of the business I enjoy fitness, painting, and creative projects. I’m a quiet person by nature, but I care deeply about people and try to bring kindness, consistency, and respect into every conversation we have.
